In this 1.5 hour class, you will learn that your practice does not need to mimic the fast pace of your every day life and instead you can take the time to connect with your breath, body and intention. Join Grace Millsap, Katie Sutton, and Josh Vogt for a series of fluid yoga movements, sound healing, meditation, and activation.
This class will take place on the River Jam Stage at FlowFest at the US National WhiteWater center.
