In this February Group Healing & Activation, we’ll work with the four core themes emerging in the collective right now, offering channeled teachings and energetic support to help you stay grounded, clear, and connected as intensity increases.
In this circle, we’ll explore and work with:
• Releasing Cynicism
Clearing protective patterns of disillusionment, negativity, and separation that once helped us cope but now keep us frozen or disengaged. We’ll work with staying in truth without losing hope or agency.
• Clearing the Hopeless Romantic
Releasing fantasy, spiritual bypassing, and passive manifestation patterns so that co-creation becomes embodied, grounded, and actionable aligned with how you are designed to create.
• Attuning to Your Needs
Deepening your connection to your body, intuition, and inner knowing so you can clearly sense what you need physically, emotionally, relationally, and energetically rather than calibrating to external noise or collective pressure.
• Softening Without Collapsing
The primary energetic focus of this month. As the collective becomes louder and more demanding, we’ll work with releasing habitual bracing, rigidity, and freeze responses while maintaining strength, boundaries, and discernment.
The healing activation will focus on:
Regulating the nervous system so urgency and pressure don’t drive your decisions
Releasing tension held in the body that keeps you in fight, freeze, or over-efforting
Finding balance between external calls to act and the internal God/Creator self that initiates inspired, aligned action
Strengthening your ability to pause, listen, and respond rather than react
Supporting action that arises from inner truth instead of fear, obligation, or collective momentum
This is not about disengaging from the world or bypassing what’s happening.
It’s about learning how to remain soft, grounded, and responsive without hardening your heart or burning yourself out.
